The Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors is seeking a postdoctoral research associate for life cycle assessment of carbon negative technologies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Candidates should have a PhD and experience with life cycle assessment tools like SimaPro. Job Description: The Hicks research group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is recruiting a postdoctoral research associate to work on multiple projects around carbon negative materials. The ideal candidate would have experience conducting life cycle assessment using tools such as SimaPro. These projects are funded through the US Department of Energy and thus preference is given to candidates who are US citizens.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct LCA using SimaPro on multiple early stage carbon negative processes and products
- Prepare manuscripts presenting the results of LCA studies conducted
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate students
- Contribute to a positive research group culture, including attending research team meetings and outings
- Present work at national and international conferences

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- PhD in an appropriate STEM based field
- Evidence of experience conducting LCA, which may be demonstrated via authored publications
- Evidence of ability to write at a technical level in English, which may be demonstrated via authored publications
