Legal Lead – Renewable Energy Contracts & Deals

Renew is seeking a Legal Lead for Renewable Energy Contracts & Deals in Abu Dhabi. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, along with a Law degree (LLB). Responsibilities include drafting project documents, contract vetting, and stakeholder coordination, with M&A exposure being beneficial. This is a full-time role based in the United Arab Emirates.
A leading renewable energy firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Contracts Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation. The ideal candidate will hold a Law degree (LLB) and possess strong skills in handling various contractual agreements such as EPC, O&M, and others within the renewable energy sector.


Responsibilities include drafting project-level documents, conducting contract vetting, and coordinating with stakeholders and legal counsel. Exposure to M&A transactions is a plus.
