Responsibilities
• Implement process improvement initiatives using lean six sigma methodologies
• Facilitate process improvement workshops using lean methodologies
• Lead projects and manage team members
• Assess candidate processes for potential automation using COTS software

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives using lean six sigma concepts and methods
• 3+ years of experience facilitating process improvement workshops using lean methodologies
• Experience leading projects and managing team members
• Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force or DoD
• Ability to assess whether a candidate process would be better leveraged using COTS automation software
• TS/SCI clearance
