Responsibilities include project execution (80%) and business development (30%). Project execution involves leading comprehensive scope development, fee negotiations, project schedule and deliverable milestones development, technical and financial project management activities, client and stakeholder coordination, project implementation, and subcontractor administration.

Business development involves working directly with federal, state, local agencies; non-governmental organizations (NGOs); and other organizations to identify, plan, and execute environmental restoration projects that restore natural systems and habitat.

The successful candidate will support our team of scientists, engineers, biologists, and planners in the growth of Anchor QEA and will help to build, oversee, and mentor project teams in North Carolina.
