Nike is hiring two Lead, Supply Chain Engagement professionals in Beaverton, OR. The roles involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain strategies and enhance stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. The position focuses on developing engagement strategies that improve business performance and stakeholder loyalty.
We are hiring for (2) Lead, Supply Chain Engagement roles.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Supply Chain Innovation team is a dynamic and strategic group of individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and improvement through comprehensive supply chain strategies. As a member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including FW, Apparel and Materials Supply Chain, Geography Supply Chain and other business stakeholders, to deploy the overall Supply Chain strategies to key stakeholders.

As a key member of the Supply Chain Innovation Deployment and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in supporting communicating the organization's supply chain strategy across a wide variety of stakeholders. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Innovation Deployment and Engagement team. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across Supply Chain Innovation, Product Supply Chain, Materials, Geography Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for an experienced and strategic engagement professional to support development of key strategies to communicate and our supply chain vision, mission, and plans of action across a vast stakeholder group. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain, storytelling, communication, project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to simplify the complex, connect with a vast array of team members and develop creative and inspiring message to communicate and deploy Supply Chain strategies. You should have experience creating visuals and multi modals ways to share and inspire action. You should have a proven track record of implementing engagement strategies that drive connectedness, inspiration, clarity, increased brand loyalty, enhanced stakeholder experience and ultimately improved business performance.

The candidate will bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

+ A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience

+ 6+ years of experience in developing strategies, engagement and communication plans

+ Proven track record of implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that drive business growth and improvement and increase stakeholder loyalty

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholders

+ Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills working with a variety of media

+ Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

+ Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

+ Experience in product supply chain, manufacturing, geo supply chain, logistics, sustainability desirable
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON*

As a Lead, Supply Chain Innovation Deployment and Engagement Partners, you will support implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that drive clarity for stakeholders and employees to understand their role in Supply Chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy strategies in an engaging, clarifying and inspiring way to drive understanding, education and engagement.

+ Support development of engagement strategies designed to meet business goals and increase connectedness to supply chain strategy

+ Create multi-modal assets to explain complex topics

+ Manage project scope and timeline

+ Identify and resolve issues or problems that arise during project execution.

+ Facilitate communication between teams

+ Work closely with internal teams (product supply chain, materials, sustainability) to ensure a unified approach to strategy engagement.
