Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer located in Pune. The Lead Solar Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar power systems, utilizing power tools and hand tools, and ensuring the quality and safety of solar installations on-site.

Qualifications
• Solar Power and Solar Systems expertise
• Knowledge of the Solar Industry
• Proficiency in Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Experience in solar installation and maintenance
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Certifications in solar installation are a plus
• You would be responsible to do installations on site
• You would be responsible to handle installation and its team
