Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc. (ECS) is a prestigious environmental and safety consulting firm founded in 2002. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Safety Consultant to take charge of technical projects and lead a dedicated team. Our mission is to build long-term relationships, providing top-notch EHS services that are professional, technically sound, and service-oriented.

Your Role:
• Foster positive and professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Develop and execute strategic business/action plans while providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Assist clients in creating effective Safety plans, Industrial Hygiene (IH) programs, and comprehensive training sessions.
• Conduct thorough safety compliance assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the effectiveness of compliance programs and facilitate regulatory adherence.
• Prepare detailed reports, develop impactful programs and plans, and ensure timely project completion.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions/webinars on a range of EHS topics.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, promoting strong client relationships and crafting effective technical proposals.
• Oversee complex multi-discipline projects, ensuring quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Provide expert technical assistance and guidance to clients and team members.
• Stay current on applicable regulatory changes to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Travel required for onsite engagements as needed.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry, regulatory, and consulting safety experience.
• Professional licenses or certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to write detailed reports and deliver effective presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in both office and field settings, including climbing, stooping, and navigating various terrains.
