Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in renewable energy systems. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in renewable energy system design, engineering, and project management. Demonstrated expertise in solar PV, wind energy, and energy storage technologies. Proficiency in system design and simulation software (e.g., PVSyst, Homer Pro, PSCAD). Strong understanding of power electronics, grid integration, and control systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead remote teams effectively. Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion. Experience with developing technical specifications and bid documents. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes. This role is fully remote, offering an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of energy from anywhere in the US, driving innovation and sustainability.
