AT&T is seeking a Lead Product Technology professional in Dallas, TX, requiring in-office presence five days a week. The role involves overseeing product rollouts, managing change processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design, develop, operate technology solutions in support of a Marketing or Product Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end oversight of product rollouts, ensuring all aspects of product delivery align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Own and manage change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during product updates, enhancements, and deployments.
• Take full accountability for project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive cross-collaboration with partner organizations such as Sales, Commercialization, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
• Serve as the primary advocate for customer and product experience, ensuring feedback loops and customer-centric adjustments are incorporated into the product lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, providing clear and concise project status updates, issue escalations, and resolution strategies to officers and senior leadership.
• Proactively identify, own, and resolve problems by bringing together stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and driving consensus to implement quick, effective solutions.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring the timely delivery of milestones with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Utilize your product expertise from Sales Solutioning, Design, Product, or Technology to guide strategies, anticipate challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in wireline or wireless products, with a background in sales solutioning, product design, technology, or related fields.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex, large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
• A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.

Preferred Skills:
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in change management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with wireline technologies and product lifecycle management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Our Lead Product Technology, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
