About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Attorney to join our team at PacifiCorp. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, specifically in compliance and sustainability areas. This position involves providing strategic legal advice to support the company's growth initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and developing effective solutions to complex problems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and sustainability objectives.
• Providing expert advice on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance matters.
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Managing outside counsel and overseeing the development of legal documents.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and completion of the Bar exam in one or more relevant jurisdictions are required. At least three years' experience in corporate law, preferably in a similar role, is necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in energy law and prior leadership roles are valuable assets.
