Your Role

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform high-quality residential HVAC installations while representing our company with professionalism and pride. You will be trusted to:

Required qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experienceHigh school diploma or GEDValid drivers license with acceptable driving recordEPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Ability to safely use power tools and installation equipmentMust own standard HVAC installation toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable lawAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:

NATE certificationExperience installing a variety of residential HVAC systemsLeadership experience or ability to mentor othersPhysical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 poundsAbility to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor environmentsAbility to climb ladders and safely operate company vehiclesAbility to work in varying weather conditionsSchedule
