Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Lead installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
• Interpret and apply building and HVAC codes during all installations.
• Supervise and mentor installation apprentices and junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
• Conduct start-ups and testing to ensure systems operate per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain work performed and answer any questions.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and products; participate in sales promotions and accessory sales for additional commission.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Illinois EPA Certification required.
• Technical school graduates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and system start-up procedures.
• Working on ladders, lifts, and at heights safely.
• Lifting 50+lbs and working in various conditions.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
