Position Overview:
This role primarily involves face-to-face interactions through door-to-door outreach and event-based engagements, ensuring direct customer connections and lead generation.
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers to generate interest in solar energy solutions, backup storage, EV charger options, and general electrical work while contributing to our mission of expanding renewable energy adoption in Washington State.
This is a 6-month, part-time, temporary W-2 position, ensuring you are compensated for your work, with a 1-week paid training period. Additionally, this position offers multiple opportunities for advancement and growth within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through direct engagement and outreach efforts like placing door hangers, lawn signs, and canvassing.
• Identify and approach potential customers to discuss the benefits of Artisan Electric’s service offerings
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain professionalism throughout the sales process and represent the company well.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
