Sunrun is seeking a Lead Generation CEE Representative to manage outbound and inbound calls regarding solar energy and roofing services. The role involves qualifying prospective customers, meeting performance metrics, and utilizing internal communication tools. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably experience in sales or call centers. This remote position requires a reliable internet connection and offers a performance-based compensation plan with growth opportunities.

Their main duty is to qualify prospective customers by adhering to call quality standards. They must be highly motivated to deliver a spectacular experience in a performance-based culture where hard work and success is rewarded with a strong compensation plan and opportunities for career growth.ResponsibilitiesHandles a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers inquiring about solar energy products and roofing services with a focus on creating future appointmentsUtilizes the quality control script and overcomes objections with integrityVerifies and updates information on lead form as neededMeets performance metrics defined by managementUtilizes company Google chat and email for internal communicationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma RequiredMinimum of 6 months of experience in a sales or call center environment preferredThe ability to communicate fluently in English is an essential function of this role.
