About the Role

We are on the hunt for a passionate and seasoned Lead Finance Strategist to play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy in a rapidly growing green energy startup. You will be at the forefront, leading our finance team, steering financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and ensuring the precision of our financial statements.

In this exciting position, you will drive the implementation of our first ERP system and oversee the annual audit process. You will also manage FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations while establishing robust internal controls and risk management strategies. Close collaboration with both commercial and engineering teams is essential for creating scalable financial processes.

This role offers you substantial exposure and the chance to build strong relationships with our CEO and Board of Directors. We are seeking candidates with at least 10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with expertise in hardware manufacturing and ERP system implementation. Exceptional communication skills and the capability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are key to success in this role.

If you possess experience in renewable energy, vibrant startup environments, project accounting, or come from a background in investment banking or Big 4 accounting, your skills will be particularly valued here.
