Our client, a prestigious Architecture firm renowned for its innovative and sustainable building designs, is seeking a Lead Architect to spearhead projects in Boise, Idaho, US. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader passionate about shaping environmentally conscious and aesthetically exceptional structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design principles, building performance analysis, and advanced architectural technologies. You will be responsible for leading design teams from concept development through project completion, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of design excellence, sustainability, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing architectural designs; coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants; managing project timelines and budgets; mentoring junior architects and design staff; and staying at the forefront of architectural trends, materials, and technologies, particularly those related to green building. A deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and LEED or other green building certification processes is essential. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools is required. A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from an accredited institution and a professional license (RA) in the state of Idaho or the ability to obtain one are mandatory.
