We are adding a dedicated Landscape/Grading Team Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be flexible in project managing various landscaping/grading/hardscape outdoor commerial and residential projects.

This team member must be safety and detail- oriented. He/she will passionate about quality work and interested in growing long term with a dynamic company.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Drive large non-CDL trucks and pull trailer.

- Operating large equipment such as a skid loader, mini skid loader and mini excavator.
- Project manage landscape projects from material order, material logistics and the project timeline.
- Operate hand tools and equipment

-Lead a team/crew of landscape team members.

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in landscaping, grading, hardscape or related field preferred
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in different outdoor weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
