Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate / Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a tenured sales team, learning the ins and outs of sales, landscape design, and project management in the landscape industry. The ideal candidate will act as an assistant to the salesperson, supporting their day-to-day needs while gaining firsthand knowledge of how to build and maintain client relationships, develop landscape design concepts, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist the salesperson in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

● Learn to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their vision.

● Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.

● Shadow the lead salesperson to understand the sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.

● Gain knowledge of landscape design principles, construction processes, and materials.

● Provide administrative and organizational support, ensuring seamless communication between clients, design teams, and project managers.

● Step in to fill gaps as needed, ensuring all aspects of client service are handled with professionalism and care.
