Hardscape (walls, patios, steps), carpentry (pergolas, decks, fences), soil health, plant care, drainage, irrigation and lighting.Must be able to manage two or more projects at a time.Must have previous estimating experience in landscape construction.Preferred permaculture background or knowledge of ecological/sustainable landscaping.Must be able to interpret design and layout in the field for the foreman.Must be responsible for Safety meetings and OSHA compliance.Facilitating regular weekly meetings with clients and ownerMust be in regular communication with clients, including getting their approval with all change orders prior to commencing work.Has previous experience programming irrigation controllers.Demonstrates reliable teamwork and leadership skills.Cares to share their knowledge and can teach their skills to the team.Demonstrated ability to complete jobs within their given time allotment while staying organized.Ability to respond to common inquiries, requests, or issues from customers.Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
