Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Site Analysis & Planning: Conduct thorough site assessments—examining topography, soil, drainage, vegetation, and climate conditions—to inform design decisions.
Design & Documentation: Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs and specifications including grading, drainage, planting plans, hardscape elements, and construction documents.
Technical Drawings & Visualization: Create graphic representations using CADD, GIS, or other design platforms.
Project Oversight: Inspect ongoing projects to ensure compliance with design intent, quality, and timelines.
Sustainability Integration: Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design elements such as restoration features, green infrastructure, and native planting.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
Professional Credentials: A licensed Landscape Architect (e.g., PLA, RLA) is preferred.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, GIS, 3D modelling, and other relevant design tools.
Communication: Robust written and verbal skills for transparent interaction with clients and project teams.
