Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect with 8-10 years of expertise to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to create innovative landscape designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and urban developments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through to execution.
• Develop creative, sustainable, and functional outdoor space designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape designs with overall project goals.
• Conduct site analysis, including environmental, cultural, and technical assessments.
• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, models, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior landscape architects and design teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations.
• Experience in managing client relationships and project timelines.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is preferred.
