Job Description
APA Group is seeking a Landholder Engagement Co-Ordinator for their Networks team in Thomastown, VIC. The role involves ensuring compliance with pipeline easements, managing landholder communications, organizing community engagement events, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in stakeholder liaison and gas pipeline infrastructure. This is a permanent, full-time position on-site, not a remote job.

We now have exciting opportunity available for a Landholder Engagement Co-Ordinator to join our Networks team in Thomastown VIC, on a permanent fulltime basis.
Reporting directly to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, Networks, you will ensure all APA Networks pipeline easements are compliant with the requirements of relevant standards, licences, property access agreements and all applicable corridor and environmental management plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver the Landholder Contact Program using X-info across VIC/NSW, SA, and QLD licensed assets, ensuring compliance with procedures
• Action all landholder, requests, change of contact, title searches and feedback in X-info; collaborate with Stakeholder Engagement Lead and Operations staff to resolve issues and complaints while keeping landholders informed
• Manage and update landholder brochures and letters, ensuring compliance, accuracy and relevance of information
• Organise and participate in community engagement events to promote gas pipeline awareness and manage the procurement and distribution of merchandise for annual landholder visits, maintaining proper inventory records for future use
• Foster strong relationships with other asset owners, local councils, heritage and Indigenous groups connected to the land, and stakeholders involved in third-party works or stakeholders of influence/authority near the transmission pipeline
• Assist Operations in communications with Landowner's for planned maintenance works such as DCVG Surveys, Coating Fault Dig Ups, Vegetation Removal" just a thought.
About You
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or equivalent
• Experience working with general public, landowners, third-party certification bodies and suppliers, plus strong stakeholder liaison, negotiation and influencing skills
• Technical knowledge of risks associated with works around gas pipeline infrastructure, good understanding of civil works/construction activities and the ability to interpret design/engineering plans and drawings
• Knowledge and skills to identify and report quality performance indicators.
• Understand and interpret legislation, regulations, codes of practice and standards applicable to key aspects of the business
• Strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise and good record keeping (CRM experience).
