Land Planner

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct zoning research, plan review, entitlement application drafting and submittal
• Public outreach related to project entitlement actions
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and landscape architects to product high-quality products

Qualifications

Must Have:
• 2+ years of experience with land use, entitlements, real estate development, or other planning/permitting activities
• Experience with land use regulations and discretionary review procedures throughout the Central Valley and Northern California

Nice To Have
• Strong business acumen - proficient verbal communication and writing skills
• Interdepartmental collaboration skills
