Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 6-10+ years of experience in Real Estate, Land Development, or Land Acquisition supporting energy infrastructure projects.

MUST have experience supporting real estate development initiatives throughout the full-life cycle of renewable energy projects.

A strong background in land negotiations and commercial real estate transactions, including site lease, purchase options, land permitting, purchase agreements, and site control initiatives is required.
