Your new role
As the National Land Acquisition & Feasibility Manager, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for renewable energy projects across the country. This senior, hands-on role combines strategic oversight with direct execution of due diligence, feasibility studies, and commercial negotiations. Reporting to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s national project pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
• Sourcing and assessing land opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Leading due diligence across technical, environmental, planning, and grid aspects.
• Negotiating land tenure agreements with private, corporate, and government stakeholders.
• Managing external consultants and legal advisors.
• Building strong relationships with landowners, councils, and utilities.
• Preparing investment cases and risk assessments for executive review.

What you'll need to succeed
• 10+ years’ experience in land acquisition, infrastructure, energy, or resources.
• Proven success in negotiating complex land and commercial agreements.
• Strong skills in feasibility analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• 5 + years experience working with utility-scale energy projects in Australia
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Legal literacy in property, planning, and commercial terms.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country
