Title: Land Acquisition Manager

I'm working with a client that's been around for over 10 years, providing property owners with tailored solutions to maximize the value of their land. You'll be joining the land acquisition team to help negotiate land agreements on behalf of our developer partners. You will be supported by our best-in-class lead generation tools, operating system, and training to ensure you are equipped for success.

Requirements:
• Results-driven professional with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in deal-making, transaction management, or related disciplines involving legal contracts.
• Preferred experience in residential or commercial real estate, energy siting, agricultural sales, or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with contract terms are essential for success in this role.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities concurrently
• Results-oriented mindset driven by achieving and surpassing performance targets.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate key deal terms and addressing landowner objections
• Laison with landowners and developer partners to facilitate land agreements
• Partner with third party attorneys, accountants, and advisors to facilitate negotiations
• Collaborate with the analyst team for administration and lead generation support
