Key Donor Officer-Retail Fundraising

WWF-India is seeking a Key Donor Officer for Retail Fundraising in New Delhi. The role involves generating funds from high-value individual donors, managing relationships, and achieving an annual target of 48 Lakhs. Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience and skills in line management and fundraising. This is a full-time position focused on supporting WWF's mission for biodiversity and sustainability.
Roles and Responsibilities:-

To generate funds for WWF India from individual donors donating above 20k-To deal with high value donors.
Responsible for working on individual target of 48 Lakhs annually.
Responsible for Managing and developing long term relationship with the donors and upgrading them up the donor pyramid.
Ability to raise the set target given by the line manager through retention data and to acquire new donors through references (minimum 30% of total revenue).
Any other task that may be reasonably requested by the organization.
