Job Description
Arctech New Energy DMCC is hiring a Key Account Manager in Dubai to focus on the solar tracker segment. The role involves developing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities in the MENA region, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales in renewable energy, and a strong network within the solar PV ecosystem.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team in Dubai, with a strong focus on the solar tracker segment .The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development, managing strategic accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and government entities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders particularly in the solar tracker space.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the MENA region, focusing on utility-scale and C&I solar projects.Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solar tracker solutions that meet client requirements.Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender responses.Lead contract negotiations and oversee post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and network. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales within the renewable energy industry, with a strong preference for experience in solar tracker technologies.Strong network of contacts within the solar PV ecosystem in the GCC and MENA region.Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar accounts and complex sales cycles.Deep understanding of solar project lifecycles, procurement processes, and technical considerations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel regionally as required.
