About the Role

Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Logistics, Planning & Systems team. On offer is a Junior System Operation Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
• * Support the vehicle sales process by advising on best practices for utilizing the BYD technology stack to optimize processes and drive value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, facilitating discussions to align on solutions.
• Analyze current systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of logistics technologies.
• Assist senior system specialists in creating and maintaining documentation, including mapping current systems and processes, defining both functional and non-functional requirements, developing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and designing screen mock-ups and test plans.
• Work closely with the IT team to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions to customers, collaborating with technical engineers. Perform daily monitoring, provide system support, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders and external dealers on both new and existing systems, ensuring proper documentation and procedure updates.
• Gain a strong understanding of logistics modules, including forecasting, planning, order handling, shipping, warehouse management, and financial support.
• Establish and maintain quality standards and risk management guidelines for logistics technology systems.
• Stay updated on local regulatory policies and industry standards that may affect logistics operations.

Key requirements:
• * Holds a Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced Troubleshooting skills: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• A proactive, positive "can-do" attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
