Project Architect Role

We have partnered with a leading firm in the K-12 and Higher Education sector on their search for an experienced Project Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Open to candidates with diverse project types.
• At least 5 years of experience in Architecture.
