About the Creative Team

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of three creative individuals who work collaboratively to support both our customers and internal teams. As a member of our Creative Team, you’ll be reporting directly to the Creative Director but will work closely with each team member on a variety of projects. Our team is full of passionate, like-minded people who value creativity, collaboration, and growth. Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Art & Production Coordinator to join our creative team. This entry-level position is full-time and salary-based, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will support our Art Operations Manager in pre-production, proofing, and project coordination tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with a blend of creative and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
• Proofing: Handle simple proofing tasks for high-volume products, primarily working with our Etsy shop-sized customers.
• Project Coordination: Assist with various administrative and creative tasks, ensuring timely responses and smooth project flow.
• Pre-Production Setup: Use Adobe Illustrator to assist in pre-production file setup for the print team, ensuring accuracy and production-readiness.
• Order Tracking: Monitor and input tracking details from external partners, keeping the team informed on order status.
• Sample Management: Organize and manage weekly outrun samples, ensuring samples are properly filed for review.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to support ongoing projects and maintain effective communication.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand and support their design needs, providing friendly and efficient service.
• General Support: Provide assistance to the Art Operations Manager and help fill in when needed to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
• Adobe Illustrator experience is required (Photoshop is a bonus).
• Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and proficient in G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both creatively and analytically.
• Passionate about sustainability, the environment, and making a positive change.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
