A leading Iowa-based renewable energy company seeks a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with solar expertise to join our growing residential solar installation team. As our Senior Solar Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in advancing clean energy adoption while delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout Iowa.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead residential solar system installations, including PV arrays and battery storage systems
• Perform electrical service upgrades and main panel modifications
• Execute utility interconnections and system commissioning
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections and system troubleshooting
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and safety protocols
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with NEC standards

Required Qualifications:
• Active Iowa Journeyman Electrician license
• Minimum 2 years of residential solar installation experience

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
