THE OPPORTUNITY: We're seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our installation crew where you'll work with renewable energy technologies. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead and mentor apprentices on solar PV installations, panel attachment, and electrical interconnection
• Coordinate electrical inspections
• Ensure job sites are properly supplied with necessary materials and tools
• Maintain crew and job site safety standards
• Complete professional installation documentation
• Contribute to our team's reputation for excellence

REQUIREMENTS:
• Current Massachusetts licensed Journeyman Electrician
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check

• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Comfort working in various weather conditions and environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• NABCEP solar installation certificate or equivalent
• Construction experience
• Proficiency with power tools and safety equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation

• Service area: Four counties of Western Massachusetts
