Senior Project Development Manager Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Project Development Manager to lead the development of large-scale renewable energy projects in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development of utility-scale PV, wind, and BESS projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project development, with experience in managing complex projects in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Italian regulations, policies, and market dynamics relevant to the sector.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Italian regulations, policies, and market dynamics relevant to the renewable energy sector.
• Identify and evaluate new project sites and development opportunities for PV, wind, and BESS installations, focusing on optimal locations for grid connection and resource potential.
• Lead all aspects of project development through to RtB status, ensuring projects are ready for construction with all required permits, financing approvals, and stakeholder agreements in place.
• Collaborate with technical and financial teams to assess project viability, including grid connection analysis, resource assessment, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government agencies, local communities, and other key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
