IT Technician

V2food is seeking an IT Technician to maintain and support production hardware systems at their Castle Hill, NSW facility. Responsibilities include hardware maintenance, technical support for staff, documentation, and managing ERP systems for production. We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix! Working closely with the General Manager - Operations, the IT Technician will lead the maintenance and delivery of our production hardware systems in our factory located at Castle Hill in Sydney. Some duties this role will cover include : Hardware Maintenance Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, including computers, servers, printers, and network equipment. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware issues to ensure optimal performance. Technical Support Provide technical support to staff for hardware-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations. Respond to and resolve IT hardware incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, maintenance activities, and technical support incidents. Provide regular reports on hardware performance and any issues encountered. Production Technology Implementing and managing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrated system for production scheduling / management. Ensure ERP and related production technology hardware are installed and operational for matters such as staff scheduling, production scheduling, productivity assessment, inventory, procurement, quality control, compliance. Ensure technology is suitably installed and optimised for production purposes. Inspecting/troubleshooting/diagnosing any issues with production technologies. Other tasks including : data analysis, managing operational records and statutory guidelines, and staff rostering Yes, there is a lot to do, and this role will be incredibly satisfying.
