In this development role, you'll support commercial decision-making across our project portfolio. It’s ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure, renewables, or project investment who’s ready to take the next step.

What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain financial models to assess project viability and investment options
• Support M&A activity, including acquisition and divestment of renewable assets
• Assist in securing project finance through detailed modelling and analysis
• Research electricity markets, policy, and industry trends to inform strategy
• Prepare concise investment reports for stakeholders, execs, and partners

What you’ll bring:
• 2–3 years’ experience in infrastructure, energy, or project finance modelling
• A good foundation in Excel-based financial modelling (complex models not required)
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a desire to learn from a high-performing team
• Passion for renewables and an interest in project development
