Investment, VP

NextWave Partners is seeking a VP of Investment in Singapore for a Private Equity Fund focused on Infrastructure in Asia. The role involves sourcing new investments, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and maintaining industry relationships. Candidates should have 6-9 years of experience in private equity or investment banking, with a background in Renewable energy or Digital infrastructure. Travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of new investments / M&A sourcing due diligence, advise on deal structuring, modeling, participate/present in investment committee meetings, deal execution and company reporting.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities or potential acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence for transactions, including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to source potential deals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• Between 6 - 9 years of professional working experience in private equity or investment banking
• Sector experience in Renewable energy, Digital infrastructure, or Infrastructure is necessary for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
