Job Title: Investment Management Analyst

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines (On-site)

TGRC has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Investment Management Analyst. This role is managed by The Green Recruitment Company on behalf of our esteemed client in the renewables business.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake investment and market/industry analysis, deal origination, opportunity screening, due diligence, and transaction management.
• Furthermore, analyze financial statements, arrange debt financing, and lead commercial and contract negotiations.
• Customize financial model templates for specific deals/projects and manage model changes to support investment decisions and deal structuring.
• In addition, learn to build financial models over time.
• Moreover, assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations.
• Perform related duties focusing on power plant development activities, with a special emphasis on renewable energy technologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience or a strong interest in power, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical/quantitative, and communication skills with attention to detail for financial modeling, analysis, and valuation activities.
• Furthermore, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Lasty, CFA candidates are a plus.
