About This Position

This Investment Guidance Expert position at Associated Bank - Corp offers a unique chance to provide expert support for clients of AIS related to trading and brokerage account matters. As a key resource for sales inquiries, you will direct clients to specialists or meet their needs on a point-of-sale basis, ensuring a positive experience with undivided attention and knowledgeable service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Brokerage/Investment or a related field and possess a strong understanding of financial services. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred, but not required. You must be able to accurately enter securities transactions into the clearing firm system and establish new self-directed client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support, along with timely follow-up and excellent customer service to clients regarding securities transactions, brokerage account activity, and other capital market matters.
• Accurately enter securities transactions received from authorized/verified clients into the clearing firm system.
• Establish new self-directed client relationships by meeting with clients in person or assisting prospective clients over the phone. Describe investment options and current services available to new and existing clients.
• Review and provide timely, accurate responses to questions received from clients in various shared mailboxes.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to current Guidance Center clients. Reintroduce the Guidance Center as servicing agent and seek to schedule account review meetings with colleagues of the Guidance Center team.
• Assist beneficiaries with the transfer of inherited assets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete Best Execution review by sampling executed trades and comparing executions to industry reports.
