Greenwich Partners is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for their Strategic Advisory team in the UK. The role involves advising clients on corporate finance matters, working on M&A, equity raising, and financial strategy. Candidates should have experience from larger banks and will gain hands-on exposure to deals and clients. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.

In this role you will..

Work alongside on MDs, advising clients of corporate finance matters

Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs

Deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations

Preparing transaction documentation

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain a lot more hands on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.

They are very interested in meeting Investment Banking Analysts from the corporate finance and investment banking teams of other banks and advisory firms.
