Primary Job Duties:
• Provide guidance to customers on performing regular banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Creating and managing personal and business banking accounts
• Advise on available banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings instruments
• Recognize customer necessities and propose appropriate financial solutions
• Foster and preserve strong customer relationships to guarantee contentment and faithfulness
• Abide by all internal protocols and comply with governmental rules to ensure adherence
• Deal with customer grievances promptly and in a professional way
• Enable the branch to meet its sales and service goals by providing assistance and support
• Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and documentation processes
