The Role
As a Venture Capital Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with entrepreneurs to build category-defining companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Market Research
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including meeting with startup founders and industry leaders.
• Develop investment themes and theses to guide fund strategy and deployment.
• Investment Due Diligence & Execution
• Lead due diligence processes, including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Analyze company performance, unit economics, and business models to assess investment potential.
• Portfolio Support & Value Creation
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, business development, and fundraising.
• Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and startup demo days.

Requirements
