Trust Point Inc. is hiring a full-time Investment Associate in Minneapolis, MN, to support their Investments Team. Responsibilities include account management, creating investment proposals, and assisting with trading. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, with CFA enrollment preferred. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

As an Investment Associate you will provide support and develop strategies for the Investments and Family Office to include:
• Account management/account review
• Creating investment proposals
• Provide restructuring recommendations
• Prepare client and prospect materials
• Select and monitor approved investment strategies
• Assist the trading desk as needed
• Coordinate and complete various investment projects

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE
• 4-year bachelor's degree in finance/investment management or related field
• Enrollment in the CFA program preferred
• High skill level with Microsoft Office required
• Familiarity with investment tools/platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, BlackDiamond, etc) is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
