About the Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating potential investments and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You'll work closely with the business development team, potential sellers, and advisors to dive deep into financials, identify key risks and opportunities, and help shape the financial story behind each deal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and prepare investment reports for executive review
• Conduct due diligence to assess potential acquisition targets
• Develop pro forma financial models and forecasts
• Identify financial and operational risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and legal teams throughout the investment process
• Communicate complex financial information to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred)
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
