Responsibilities:

The Investment Analyst will have a opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge of investment management across different disciplines and asset classes. PPR is committed to helping its team members develop professionally.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of portfolio assets and potential real estate investment opportunities, including occasional site visits of prospective investments.
• Perform market research and assess trends to identify attractive investment targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for investment decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing real estate investments.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of fund-level financial modeling, including projections of capital flows and allocation forecasts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting real estate investments.

Qualifications:
• A bachelors degree in finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other modeling tools used in financial planning and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of FP&A concepts and best practices.
