Job Description

Orrstown Bank is seeking an Investment Advisor II for the Lancaster Market. The role involves serving as a primary relationship advisor to wealth clients, developing client relationships, and delivering financial solutions. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance, 3-5 years of experience in Trust or Investment Services, and relevant licenses. The position is full-time and requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of financial markets.
Position Summary

Serves as primary relationship advisor to wealth clients. Responsible for developing and deepening client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service and through delivery of the full suite of Orrstown Financial Advisor solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline with specialized training in sales.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience selling Trust or Investment Services

Possess appropriate securities and insurance licenses, proficient reading, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong working knowledge of Trust Account administration and financial market and economic principles.

Essential Duties

Develop new business working with business partners to cultivate referrals; performs administration of various types of investment accounts; prepare and provide periodic management reports as requested; administer investment and relationship management for assigned accounts.

Interface with the Bank's Center of Influence (COI), including members of the Board of Directors, Presidents Advisory Councils and community professionals.

Organize and conduct seminars in accordance with the Orrstown Financial Advisors Marketing Plan; serve on assigned departmental operating committees.

Coordinate specific work tasks with personnel from applicable departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information; report pertinent information to immediate supervisor; compile information as necessary or directed and provide data to appropriate Bank personnel; respond to inquiries relating to the particular area and requests from clients, other Bank personnel, etc., within given time frames and established policy.

Attend regularly scheduled coaching and counseling sessions held by supervisor to achieve the outcome of improved communication, action plan development, positive feedback and performance improvement.

Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place; support risk management practices and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ensure that the department and all personnel adhere to the same; perform tasks that are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job which may be altered or redesigned depending on individual circumstances.
