Internship 2025: Wind and Solar Measurements Engineer - Italy

DNV is offering a 2025 Internship for a Wind and Solar Measurements Engineer in Ruvo di Puglia, Italy. Interns will assist project managers with planning, logistics, and reporting, and will engage in on-site activities. Candidates should be engineering students or recent graduates with skills in renewable energy, project management, and data analysis. Assignment during internship:
• Support to project managers in all project related tasks: planning, equipment preparation, logistics, documentation, analysis and reporting.
• Online monitoring of ongoing measurements
• ON SITE ACTIVITIES
• Active participation in Research, Development and Innovation projects
• Develop tools focused on processes automatization and efficiency gains.

The Candidate We Seek:

We are looking for an ambitious, highly vocational and skilled student or recent graduated in engineering with interest in renewable energy, wind turbines, measurements, project management and data analysis.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor (preferred) or Master Degree in Engineering (or other relevant discipline). Student in the last year or recently graduated.
• Driving License
• Good communication skills in Italian and English, both written and oral
• Advance MS Excel and programming skills (Visual Basic or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous renewable energy, consulting, project management, electronics experience or credentials
• Familiarity with multiple meteorological, mechanical and electrical measurement systems and sensors.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and processing hardware and software
• MATLAB, imc FAMOS programming experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities
• Fixed reimbursement of 1.000,00 Euro gross per month
• 8,00 Euro per day as meal voucher
