Job Description

The Global Climate Innovation Center is seeking an International Summit/Forum Dinner Manager in New York, NY. The role involves preparing summits and dinners focused on ESG and sustainability, managing teams, and inviting guests. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, experience in managing large events, and proficiency in Chinese and English. The position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with a salary of $150 to $250 per day.
1. Responsible for the preparation of summits/forums and dinners for ESG, dual carbon, sustainability, green investment, etc. at home and abroad;

2. Invite guests, be responsible for team building and operation management.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in public relations management, international politics, marketing, environmental engineering, etc., proficiency in Chinese and English;

2. Experience in operating and managing large summits and forums;

3. A keen business acumen, knowledge of finance, planning, account management and marketing, and practical experience in project preparation and team building;

4. Relevant contacts in Europe, the United States, Africa and the United Nations system are preferred, internships and work experience are preferred.
