This individual ensures that software products are delivered efficiently and accurately to clients worldwide, while also maintaining compliance with company policies and agreements.

Responsibilities
<br><br>• Fulfill electronic and physical delivery of software products to a global client base<br>• Validate software order requests against contractual agreements and required approvals/documents<br>• Ensure all orders conform to policies & sales/commercials matrix, coordinating with stakeholders when revisions are necessary<br>• Problem solve issues arising in global delivery of physical software products (customs/international shipping)<br>• Work with MDM and ERP systems to manage purchase orders, delivery receipts, product validations, and customer issue resolution<br>• Provide cross-functional operational support to sales, logistics, and manufacturer partners on daily activities- -
