Alpek Polyester USA is seeking motivated students for a Summer Intern - Sustainability position in Charlotte, NC. Interns will support sustainability objectives by researching trends, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of strategies aligned with corporate goals. As an Alpek Polyester USA Intern, you’ll be making an impact on the world with one of the largest leading global producers of sustainable PET materials while putting your learning into practice through collaborative team and project opportunities that offer innovative solutions to our customers and real-world hands-on experience to kickstart your career.

As a Sustainability Intern, you will work from our Charlotte, NC office and play a crucial role in supporting the environmental, social, and economic impact behind our sustainability objectives and projects. Your attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills will be utilized to research trends and collect/ analyze data so that you can determine the most effective materials and strategies to assist the team in developing and implementing in alignment with achieving our corporate sustainability goals. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience and exposure to the industry standards, environmental regulations, and business operations behind global sustainability programs.
